Teleconference

The Personality Development Workshop offers individual counseling, psychotherapy, couples counseling, and parenting counseling via teleconference (live meetings), using teleconferencing apps such as Viber.
During video conference sessions, the code of ethics is strictly adhered to, and sessions are held on a specific, mutually agreed-upon day and time.
It is essential to ensure the privacy of the meeting space; that is, the area you will use during the teleconference must be used exclusively by you. The use of headphones is also recommended.
The Personality Development Workshop has been using teleconferencing since its early years to serve Greeks living abroad.

Now, in the post-COVID era, live meetings is widely used. Geographical distance—whether in the provinces, abroad, or in Attica—is no longer a barrier to starting a therapeutic process or seeking help for a current issue that concerns you.
In today’s world, we often move for work, school, or other reasons. In the past, this might have been a deterrent to seeking psychological support due to the instability of living in a new city, the difficulty of finding a suitable psychologist or therapist, or the challenge of working with someone who doesn’t speak your native language. Now, online services are here to overcome the barriers of space and distance.
