I was born, live, and work in Athens. I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Panteion University in 2004. I then began my training in the group psychotherapy method of classical psychodrama at PSYKAP, where I completed my specialization in 2010. At the same time, I developed a strong interest in systemic family therapy by attending seminars and studying the literature.
Through my own personal psychotherapy work based on systemic psychotherapy, as well as supervision, I have integrated several elements of systemic thinking into my practice, combining them with the philosophy and techniques of psychodrama, role theory, and my commitment to ongoing professional development through seminars, conferences, and international literature.
I have completed my master’s degree in “Special Education in Early Childhood” at the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
From 2012 to 2016, I attended the postgraduate program “Early Therapeutic Intervention in Families with Infants and Toddlers (0–5 Years)” offered by the Child Psychiatry Clinic of the “Agia Sofia” Children’s Hospital in collaboration with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
I have been trained in the use of psychometric tools, in coordinating parent education groups, as well as in the diagnosis and intervention for specific learning difficulties.
I have been working as a licensed psychologist since 2005, and since 2011 I have been running my own private practice, the Personality Development Workshop. I provide counseling and psychotherapy to adults, couples, adolescents, and families. Since 2016, I have been providing psychotherapy to children with developmental and emotional difficulties.
In 2010, I worked in public preschools and elementary schools as a psychologist and coordinator of parent education groups.
From 2010 to 2022, I worked in the Early Intervention Department for children with visual impairments at the Panhellenic Association “Amymoni” as a psychologist responsible for developmental assessments and interventions for infants and toddlers with developmental goals, parent counseling, and training new instructors. Over the years, I have supported dozens of families in Attica in person,
From 2018 to 2020, I collaborated with a private daycare center, supporting the teachers, facilitating parent groups, providing parent counseling, and working with toddlers (individually or in small groups) regarding their development and any difficulties they might be facing.
I collaborated with a specialized therapy center, providing psychotherapeutic interventions for children from preschool through adolescence and parent counseling for two academic years (2021–22, 2022–23).
Since 2022, I have been working as a substitute psychologist in public elementary education in general and special education settings.
I have completed online specialization courses offered by the University of Patras on “Autism” and “School Psychology.”
My passion for the field of psychology, as well as my genuine interest in connecting with the people I work with, motivates me to continuously expand my knowledge.
