To understand and reshape the “place” we inhabit. To grow closer to our fellow human beings or to say goodbye to others.

Psychotherapy is a journey that requires time and dedication from us, and the therapist is our companion. The “gifts” that psychotherapeutic work with ourselves will bestow upon us are for a lifetime.
